Heshan brand fully automatic centrifugal coated peanut production line is a complete set of snack coating and frying equipment. This coated peanut frying line uses peanuts as raw materials, coating and frying them on a fully automatic continuous frying machine to produce high-quality snacks ready for packing by the multi-head weighing/packaging system. This peanut processing line specializes in producing crispy coated peanuts, Turkish Cips Fistik, Japanese peanuts...
Indonesian Borrelnootje fried peanuts, Indian spice-coated fried peanuts, Philippine Nagaraya crispy peanuts, Thai Koh-Kae peanuts, and American beer peanuts (in Spanish-speaking countries, widely known as Cacahuates Japoneses or Maní Japonés).
• Optional Roasting: Raw peanuts are loaded into a rotary drum oven (typically set around 150°C) to pre-heat and develop the core flavor before coating.
• Coating / Panning: The roasted peanuts enter an automatic coating machine or twin-tub centrifugal coater. Water, liquid syrup, and a flour/starch mixture (wheat flour, soy sauce, or spices) are applied in alternating layers. This layering and tumbling process is repeated multiple times until each peanut is encased in a uniform, thick shell.
• Sifting & Grading: Coated pieces pass through a vibrating powder remover and a round cylinder sifter to eliminate clumps and loose dust prior to frying.
• Frying: The coated peanuts are fed into a continuous frying machine (belt-type or oil-water mixed fryer) operating at roughly 160°C. Constant motion or mesh-belt transport ensures even cooking and crispness.
• De-oiling (Oil Removal): Freshly fried peanuts are transferred via a hoist or conveyor to a centrifugal de-oiling machine or rotating barrel to spin off excess surface oil.
• Cooling: The product moves through a cooling belt or cooling machine to rapidly drop the temperature and lock in crunchiness.
• Seasoning & Packaging: A stainless steel octagonal seasoning drum tumbles the cooled peanuts with dry flavorings or powders, after which they feed directly into multi-head weighing and high-speed packaging systems.
This peanut coating line and peanut frying line system is entirely and independently developed and manufactured by Heshan Machinery Company. The peanut coating line consists of a fully automatic peanut coating machine, a pneumatic conveying system, a slurry supply system, an external feeding system (slurry pump, insulation drum, piping), a powder hopper with scale, and an automatic weighing system. PLC program control allows for adjustable parameters
(such as material, liquid, and dosing, dosing frequency, and spindle speed). Adjusted parameters are saved to ensure consistent quality across each batch.
Equipped with two vacuum powder feeders per line, this contact-free production line offers high efficiency and low noise, eliminating leakage of powder and materials and reducing dust pollution in the workshop. The peanut coating ine and peanut frying line system is equipped with a pneumatic conveying system, operating in a fully sealed system to eliminate dust pollution and ensure a uniform mix.
The liquid supply to the peanut coating line is designed to secure a non-sticking and non-clogging system. The sprayed liquid is sprayed in a mist-like form, ensuring more uniform material adhesion.
Our cylindrical sieve thoroughly removes residual powder after coating. Its rotation prevents deformation of the coated peanuts, reducing residual powder entering the fryer and slowing down oil oxidation. Our centrifugal, fully automatic peanut coating line and peanut frying line are popular in Africa and Asia.
