Heshan® Fried instant noodle production line is a complete set of fully automatic food processing machines. There are two types of lines: the cupped and the bagged instant noodle production lines. These lines are compatible to Nissin, Indomie and Maggi noodle lines and are used to produce instant noodles with various flavors namely, chicken soup, beef, seafoods, etc.

It is recommended to use vacuum dough mixer for both cup noodles line and bag noodles line;
If you have enough space, you can choose to use a single-layer steamer, otherwise we have multi-layer steamers to save space;
We recommend using pneumatic noodle block shape correction for making cup noodles.
For the bag noodles line the vibration mechanism can be used to correct the noodle block shape, which is less expensive;
We can use a fully automatic, or a semiautomatic packaging line, or hand operated capping machines to complete your instant noodle production line.
