The Double Steaming Rice Noodle Production Line is an automated industrial system designed by Heshan Machinery Co., Ltd. to produce rice vermicelli and stick noodles using a "twice-steamed" process. This method combines traditional processing with modern automation to achieve a firmer texture, better elasticity, and a "springier" bite compared to standard single-steaming methods.
Enhanced Quality: The double-steaming technique improves the elasticity and taste of the final product, making it superior to noodles produced via simple slurry-spreading.
Efficiency: The line is highly automated, requiring only 8–12 operators per shift for large-scale output. It is also noted for being more energy and labour-efficient than traditional slurry methods.
Construction: Machines are built with high-quality SUS304 stainless steel to ensure food safety and durability.
Control System: Features advanced PLC auto-control systems (often in collaboration with Siemens) for precision in manufacturing.
The line utilizes a pellet + extrusion route rather than a liquid batter route, which is key to its unique texture.
Rice Preparation: Rice Washing → Soaking/Dewatering → Rice Grinding.
Pelletizing: Starch Mixing → Rice Pelletizer → First Steaming (Rice Pellet Steamer).
Extrusion: Pellets are moved via conveyor to the Vermicelli Extruder.
Second Steaming: Cutting & Putting-up Device → Pressure Steamer (Second Steaming).
Finishing: Drying Machine → Cooling Machine → Packaging.
