Double-steaming / vermicelli (pellet + extrusion route): Rice wash → soak/dewater → grinder → starch mixer → rice-pelletizer & pellet steamer → extruder → cutting/put-up → pressure steamer → drying → cooling → packing.
Fresh rice noodles (FRN/ERN series): listed models ~FRN/ERN50…550 with 50–550 kg/h output; electric-heated or steam/fuel-oil heated; target thickness ~0.6–1.2 mm. Steam pressure examples 0.03–0.06 MPa (model-dependent). Operators per shift typically 2–4.
Vermicelli / glass noodles: offered as a complete rice noodle production line with sizing by throughput and dryer length; configurations include robot-arm palletizing before drying for high automation. (Throughput depends on recipe and dryer; vendor sizes the line to spec.)
The rice noodle production line is fully automatic from feed to discharge on the rice side; Heshan’s turnkey rice noodles plant broadly uses stainless-steel (SUS304) frames & contact parts and automatic control systems from well-known brands.
Many auxiliary systems (metering, conveyors, pelletizers, dryers) run under PLC programs with HMI touch panels on related Heshan production lines, reflecting our typical control approach.
Steam (or electric/oil heating depending on model) for the main steamer/pressure steamer; process water for soaking/milling; electric power for drives, pumps and controls; compressed air for pneumatics; ventilation around steamers/dryers. Exact loads are model-specific and provided per quotation.

Instant rice noodle production line: uses rice as raw material and produces snow-white and flexible instant rice vermicelli. The instant rice vermicelli is so convenient that after only three minutes of cooking or steeping in hot water, it is ready for consumption with strong appetizing rice flavor.
Double steaming improves texture/elasticity compared with single-steam batter sheets, useful where a springier bite is preferred.
Pellet → steam → extrude routes produce round or fine strands with translucent appearance typical of rice/starch vermicelli; Heshan showcases automated “put-up” and robotic stacking before drying for throughput and hygiene.
Fresh line (example FRN series): 50–550 kg/h; 0.6–1.2 mm sheets; electric or steam/oil heat; ~2–4 operators/shift; low steam pressure (~0.03–0.06 MPa) where steam is used.
