As shown in the above video, the instant noodle production line produces standard ramen noodles through a steaming and frying process. Extruders for Rice Vermicelli, Ramen and Pasta Processing: The Noodle Machines with Quick-Mounting Mechanism for the Die Plate Assembling

We make smaller to medium size extruders for noodle factories and pasta noodle shops and make large machines and build large noodle and vermicelli plants. The die plates of our extruders can be quickly disassembled and assembled from the side installation port. Our extruders are equiped with an easy-to-pull-out die plate and a special pulling-out-mechanism that can automatically replace the extruder die plate. The procedure can be completed in about 10 minutes.

Most our competitors require manual removal of several screws from the bottom before the die plate can be removed. Disassembly and assembly are very labour-intensive (it takes about 1 Hour).

The extruder dies are often clogged with the feed debris so that the die plate needs to be replaced regularly. Therefore, noodle factories urgently need to solve this problem. Our extruders with the easy-to-pull-out die plates were developed under this situation to improve the noodle factory machine efficiency.

Rice vermicelli noodle factory machines for making fresh rice noodles, dry rice vermicelli and dry rice stick noodles:

Our rice noodle making machine spreads out the continuous rice pulp sheet and steam it. After cooling the web rice noodle product is ready for packaging. If the final products are dry rice vermicelli noodles, then after aging and rice noodles slitting, the noodles are hung on hangers and hot air is to dehydrate them. The drying process takes place in the continuous cabin type heated-air-dryer or in the multi-layer continuous dryer. The HESHAN® rice noodle making machine produces rice noodles through a series of processes from semi-automatic to highly automated. This is the process to make the authentic traditional styled rice vermicelli noodles and starch cellophane vermicelli noodles.
