Key Features of the HESHAN® Noodle Machines

  • Automation: Heshan's noodle production lines are fully automatic, featuring processes like dough mixing, kneading, sheet pressing, noodle cutting, steaming or boiling, and cooling. This ensures consistent quality and high output.
  • Capacity: Depending on the model, our commercial noodle plant machines can produce 40,000 to 240,000 cups or bags of instant noodles /instant rice vermicelli per 8-hour shift. For fresh ramen, the output is typically measured in noodle blocks (60–120 grams per block).
  • Process: The production involves mixing wheat flour with water (often in a vacuum or normal pressure dough mixer), rolling the dough into thin sheets, cutting it into noodle strips, and precooking via steaming or boiling. Or in the case of the rice noodle production line, the process involves slurry mixing or dough mixing followed by the steps of slurry sheet spreading or pelleted vermicelli noodle extrusion, etc. The noodles are then cooled to maintain their fresh, chewy texture.
  • Customisation: Heshan offers the commercial noodle machinery that can produce various noodle types, including fresh hakka noodles and udon noodles, as well as rice vermicelli noodles and rice sticks, with options for different shapes (e.g., rectangular or round noodle blocks).
  • Technology: Some lines incorporate advanced features like AI-assisted production with robotic arms for large-scale operations. We also offer modern extruders with quick-mount die plates for versatility in noodle types, including wheat-based ramen.
  • Quality: Heshan is ISO9001 certified, ensuring high-quality manufacturing standards. Our commercial noodle machines are used globally, with turnkey plants installed in countries like India, Indonesia, Germany, and the UK.
